PREPARATION

• Tablet (20 mg and 80 mg);

DOSAGE

• Recommended dose is 20 mg or 40 mg for initial treatment of migraine; consult a doctor to increase the dose as necessary if desired effect is not achieved

PRECAUTIONS

DO NOT take Replax if any of the following is present:

• Allergic reactions to eletripan
• History or heart attack or silent ischemia
• Have a specific type of migraine (opthalmoplegic, basilar, hemiplegic)
• Chest pains
• Heart disease
• High blood pressure
• Severe liver problems
• Have taken the following drugs within three days: Ketoconazole, Clarithromycin, Itraconazole, Ritonavir, Nefazodone

KNOWN SIDE EFFECTS

• Allergic reactions like hives, rashes, difficulty of breathing, swelling of the face and other parts of the body/li>
• Chest pain/li>
• Vision, speech, and balance problems/li>
• Numbness/weakness in one side of the body
