Each delivery is packaged discreetly for complete privacy, express next day delivery (except week-ends) is free of charge.

Upon approval and processing of your order it will be promptly shipped to provide the fastest and most successful delivery to you. In addition, you will be given a tracking number that links to the delivering carrier’s website to monitor the whereabouts and status of your shipment(s).

Within the UK, orders are shipped via DPD. 24 hour delivery. (except weekends) We do not offer a weekend delivery service under any circumstances.

Outside of the UK, orders may be shipped by TNT , DHL or UPS. See delivery schedule below for corresponding country.

Not all countries accept deliveries of prescription drugs into their territories. It is your responsibility to learn your country’s laws about receiving prescription drugs by courier. Unaccepted or failed deliveries are not eligible for refund.

In the event your package is returned to us, unfortunately, we will not be able to process a refund due to the fact the shipped medicine cannot be accepted back into our pharmacy.
