This product contains clotrimazole, an active ingredient used to treat fungal infections and provide relief from associated symptoms. Canesten Gyno is dispensed as a vaginal tablet (or pessary medication), and is specifically designed to treat inflammation of the vagina (vaginitis) caused by infection from fungi or yeasts such as thrush.
